Job Description | What will you do

• Assist in preparing documents and reports related to family business consulting, such as family constitutions, governance frameworks, and succession planning materials

• Conduct background research on client family businesses and prepare preliminary profiles before meetings

• Support project planning, data analysis, and summarize key insights from family meetings and workshops

• Contribute to the development of presentations, consulting materials, infographics, and workshop tools

• Collaborate with the consulting team to develop learning content, frameworks, and knowledge materials for client families

• Help update and manage the firm’s digital platforms, such as Facebook Page, Website, or Line OA (if applicable)

• Perform other tasks as assigned, based on interest and skill set

Job Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Economics, or related fields

• Strong interest in family business, consulting, and human development

• Excellent communication, writing, and summarizing skills in both Thai and English

• Proficiency in Microsoft or basic digital tools

• Creative mindset, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively, get outside your ordinary box!

• Additional skills in design, content creation, or research will be considered a plus
