Family Business Consultant - Accounting & Finance Aspect

Job Description | What will you do

• Be able to empathize and understand clients’ requirements and hidden agendas under different scenarios

• Work closely with clients to formulate financial advisory and implementation towards strategic directions

• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to develop actionable insights and customized financial strategies that align with clients’ goals.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (legal, tax, family governance) to deliver holistic consulting solutions for family enterprises.

• Conduct comprehensive financial risk assessments, scenario planning, and performance reviews to support informed decision-making.

• Build, reflect, and develop a working culture along with very close support junior career development and well-being

Job Qualifications

• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or MBA

• Minimum of 5 years of financial experience

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CFP, or similar are strongly preferred

• Deep understanding of family enterprises (experience with family business consultancy or similar is strongly preferred)

• Work-Smart, not Work-Hard (We are a creatively lazy company)

• Proven ability to lead with empathy, building trust with both clients and internal teams, and navigating sensitive family and financial matters with professionalism and care.

• Outstanding communication, strong collaboration skills, and willingness to commit firmly to keeping the company values forward
